Green olives from Chalkidiki (200g) – Ergon
The Greek green olives are divided into two varieties; the ones coming from Amfissa and the ones from Chalkidiki. The second variety gives a long shape fruit and is cultivated in the homonymous region.
Their characteristic is their bigger size and firm texture. Every year from September until October, the most sumptuous ones are harvested, immersed in brine, and are ready to be consumed.
