Kefalotyri from Epirus – Bafas Dairy
Kefalotyri is a traditional Greek cheese produced from pasteurized goat and sheep milk.
Slightly spicy and salty, it is considered one of the oldest hard cheeses in Greece.
It can be consumed as a table cheese, in cheese pies, grated on pasta, as a “saganaki” (fried cheese), and in various other recipes.
