Characteristics: Light rose color taken from one night extraction, delicate floral aromas, fruity, minerality, pleasant aftertaste with crispy acidity.
Food Pairing: Seafood, white sauce meat, cold-cuts, pasta, light dishes, as accompaniment to salads, or It could be served as an aperitif at 9-10 °C.
