Salami from Lefkada (225g) – Symposion
Salami is one of the most famous local products of Lefkada. The patent is considered to be Italian and, as said, transferred by the inhabitants of Burano from Italy to Lefkada. So according to history, they were the first to produce this delicious salami.
The Lefkadians prefer to cut thin slices of salami to accompany, as a meze, their wine, ouzo or tsipouro. It can also be consumed as a snack combined with tomato, cheese, olive oil and oregano in a “greek-style” sandwich!
