Skinos Mastiha Spirit
The resin of the Mastiha tree (known as Skinos in ancient times – Pistacia Lentiscus), which is mainly found on the island of Chios in Greece, forms the basis of this liqueur.
After harvesting, the resin is selected, cleaned and slowly and gently freed of impurities in copper pot stills.
Once the distillation is finished, spring water and sugar are added – the Skinos Mastiha spirit is complete.
Enjoy it chilled before or after dinner (it is an excellent digestive) or use it in your cocktails and long drinks!
